Clarice Kashuba, Owner
My husband and I started Flying Colors in March 2007 after graduating from National K9 School for Dog Trainers. I worked as a middle school and high school teacher for three years before stepping into the world of entrepreneurship. I especially love working with dogs who have behavior problems, because I love to see their owners have the opportunity to enjoy their dogs. Since I have young kids, I also enjoy working with families to create harmony and respect between their children and their dogs. We have four dogs in our family: Shelby a Sheltie mix, Wakey a Corgi mix, Fawkes a Golden Retriever, Rocket a Siberian Husky. I also own a hobby farm where I breed, raise, and show Mini Silky Fainting Goats and Champagne d’Argent rabbits.
Kaysie Harvey
My name is Kaysie Harvey, and I love being a part of the Flying Colors team! I grew up in Grand Haven, MI, before moving to Indiana in 2016. I’ve always had an interest in working with animals, and I found my passion working with local rescues and animal shelters, specifically training dogs and horses for many years. I have a 10-year-old daughter who’s also passionate about training animals. In our spare time, we love to work with my beautiful Siberian Husky named Nakita, a spunky little St. Bernard/Blue Healer mix named Dolly, and a sassy Carolina Dog named Magnolia (pictured).
Camerin Belknap
My name is Camerin Belknap and I am a dog trainer at Flying Colors Canine Academy. I have loved dogs my entire life. I was lucky enough to be raised with multiple wonderful pups, almost exclusively Boxers. Now, I have my own fantastic Boxer, Laila, as well as a miniature poodle named Louie. Dogs are a major contributing force to the happiness I feel in my life and my aim is to extend to you the tools to have a better behaved dog and, in turn, a happier life!
Ami White
My name is Ami White, and I have surrounded myself with dogs from a young age. After working in pet retail, dog grooming, emergency vet services, and more, I have finally found my dream here at Flying Colors. Nothing has ever been more fulfilling than working here to train wonderful pets and companions each day. My family used to breed show-winning Boston Terriers, and I still have one dog from our last litter at home. I think it’s funny to name dogs after foods, so her name is Macaroon. She helped me learn how much I love training dogs.
